To support our expansion, we are looking to welcome a versatile, dynamic individual with a genuine desire to contribute to the company's growth. We are seeking someone proactive and ambitious, who wants to evolve and build something meaningful with us.
Under the responsibility of the lead software architect, the selected person will contribute to the evolution of our Command and Control (C2) platform by participating in the design and development of high-performance user interfaces for drone detection systems. In close collaboration with the software development team, they will contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions and the development of new features to provide an optimal experience for our clients.

Main responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new frontend features using React.
- Participate in the design and continuous improvement of the user experience (UI/UX).
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and resource usage.
- Ensure maintenance, updates, and management of software dependencies.
- Contribute to the evolution of the software architecture and improvement of code quality, robustness, and maintainability.
- Work with data from real-time systems and multiple sensors.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and actively participate in code reviews.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve software issues encountered in operational environments.
- Participate in validation, testing, and debugging activities to ensure the reliability of delivered solutions.
- Document developments and share best practices within the team.
Desired profile
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software development.
- Practical experience with the following technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design principles.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub version control tools.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to code quality.
- Bilingual French-English proficiency (oral and written).
- Eligibility for a government security clearance.
Assets
- Knowledge in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar technologies).
- Experience in integrating data from real-time systems.
- Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience with Command and Control (C2), surveillance, or sensor management systems.
- Experience in the defense, public security, or security technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
