Security Systems Technician Companion

Groupe Pro Accès is looking for a Security Systems Technician Companion to perform installation, repair, modification, repair, and maintenance work on various security systems such as motorized barriers, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, emergency communication systems, access cards, and video surveillance. The workplace is located in the Greater Quebec region.

What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain motorized barriers, alarm systems, IP cameras, NVRs, intercoms, and access controls
• Perform precise diagnostics and effectively solve technical problems
• Ensure network programming and equipment configuration (IP, PoE, routers, VLAN, etc.)
• Perform tests, inspections, and commissioning according to applicable standards
• Write clear and complete intervention reports
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Respect safety procedures and company quality standards

What we are looking for

• DEP in installation and maintenance of security systems or in electricity
• CCQ Competency Certificate - Companion (222 or 220)
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Knowledge in electronics, wiring, and security systems
• Ability to read plans, schematics, and technical documentation
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Meticulousness, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
• Customer service orientation
• Valid driver's license
• Private Security Bureau Card
• ASP Construction Card with SIMDUT
