Digital Marketing Specialist

At Panthera Dental, we are revolutionizing the dental and medical industry on an international scale through high technology. We are looking for our next digital marketing specialist, an intermediate profile who combines a keen analytical mind, exemplary rigor, and a passion for technology.

**This is a 100% automation-focused role, email marketing, SEO/SEM, technical tracking, and pure performance. You will be the go-to person to drive our global strategy, analyze our prospects' journey, and maximize the ROI of each campaign.

**What will your daily routine look like at Panthera?

• Design, segment, and automate prospect nurturing flows and account reactivation campaigns. Ensure the healthy management of our database and connect our applications so that information flows smoothly into our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Implement conversion pixels, UTM tags, and tracking tools necessary to map the customer journey. Produce regular and rigorous performance reports of our conversion funnel.
• Take charge of the organic optimization of the website (WordPress). Deploy and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and new LLM Ads approaches).
• Collaborate actively with our internal AI committee. Integrate generative, analytical, or agentic AI solutions into our processes and optimize our visibility to next-generation search engines (GEO / AEO).
• **The desired profile**
• Intermediate-level profile (minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing).
• Strong mastery of marketing automation, email marketing, SEO, website management (WordPress), and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
• Experience in a B2B environment and a habit of working in a structured and rigorous setting.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
