In this role, you will be a privileged point of contact for our Quebec clients and will directly contribute to their satisfaction and our collective success. You will be responsible for responding to customer requests, processing their orders, and preparing submissions.

On a daily basis, you will need to

  • Enter and process orders in our system;
  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding their orders and product availability;
  • Prepare customer submissions and ensure necessary follow-ups;
  • Process merchandise returns;
  • Handle customer complaints;
  • Collaborate with the assigned territory sales team;
  • Perform any other tasks related to internal sales.

To join our team, you must have

  • At least five (5) years of experience in customer service;
  • Excellent French spoken and written skills, as well as functional English to collaborate daily with anglophone colleagues;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics (asset)
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach;
  • Strong sense of autonomy, resourcefulness, and adaptability;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
