  • Ensuring that the company's sales and profit goals are met by leading and advising the store management team assigned to you.
  • Consulting the GMs on general issues related to the operation of the branches, the presentation and execution of merchandising projects, the execution of marketing and advertising programs, and the improvement of staff.
  • Leading, encouraging, motivating, developing, and mentoring the GMs, ensuring that the focus is always on development.
  • Being responsible for training and supporting the branch GMs and advising them to ensure that the company's standards and objectives regarding inventory, deviations, sales, profit, and overall presentation are maintained at consistently exceptional levels.
  • Monitoring individual markets and competitive activity within these markets and providing feedback to the executive team.
  • Promoting a quality service and exceptional sales culture, and encouraging other good practices to stimulate business.
  • Determining and formulating feedback regarding the factors influencing the company, including but not limited to economic, cultural, and legal conditions.
  • Being responsible for all aspects of opening new branches through close communication with all participating staff.
  • Planning, controlling, and leading the initiative to prevent losses in the region's branches.
  • Determining, evaluating, recommending strategies, and acting appropriately to improve operational efficiency for better overall profitability.
  • Determining the differences and nuances of culture and recommending modifications regarding marketing, advertising, packaging, and new product and presentation issues.

Some Prerequisites

  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing high-volume, discount, centralized, and durable goods businesses.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred. However, this requirement is flexible based on professional training and experience.
  • Experience in a cutting-edge POS system environment.
