The Chief Customer Strategy Directorate is a team of over 80 people who contribute every day to developing and implementing communications for internal and external clienteles, improving client knowledge, and enhancing the experience of citizens by supporting a cross-cutting client approach.
By working within this team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to tackle exciting challenges, such as implementing integrated communication and customer experience strategies to strengthen citizens' trust in Revenu Québec. Excellence and innovation are fundamental principles that will guide your work on a daily basis.
Your daily life at Revenu Québec
As Chief Customer Strategy Director, you will need to:
- Define an integrated and coherent vision in terms of communications, customer experience, and client knowledge, taking into account organizational and government orientations;
- Exercise strategic leadership with senior management, the board of directors, and organizational positioning, image, and reputation bodies;
- Lead cross-cutting mandates of significant scope and highly sensitive nature for the organization, particularly in the context of transformation and crisis management;
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities of the main direction, including those of multidisciplinary teams and staff with diverse expertise;
- Implement and utilize strategic performance indicators to guide decision-making and ensure continuous improvement of practices;
- Promote a value-centered client approach by mobilizing the organization around the needs and expectations of clienteles.

Requirements
- To join our team, you must:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Have 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
- The following could be considered assets:
- Significant experience in customer experience, communication, marketing, or public affairs;
- Experience in crisis management;
- Experience in organizational transformation in a complex, multidisciplinary, and cross-cutting environment.
- Additional information
You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit in Canada.
If you obtained your degree outside of Canada, you must attach a copy of the comparative study evaluation issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration to your online application.
