You're the perfect fit for this role if you identify with the following:

You have the necessary training to perform the role

• You hold a DEP or DEC in accounting or a related discipline.
• An equivalent combination of training and relevant experience will also be considered.

You possess the essential technical knowledge

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• You have good knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• You are able to communicate occasionally in English with English-speaking employees.

You'll Tackle These Challenges as a Cashier Agent

• You'll account for transactions related to customer receivables.
• You'll reconcile various reports and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• You'll identify, analyze, and resolve balance discrepancies and inconsistencies in accounting data.
• You'll collaborate with credit, accounting, and store teams to ensure effective file tracking.
• You'll participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
• You'll contribute to the improvement of internal controls, procedures, and work methods.
• You'll file and maintain documents according to established procedures.
• You'll perform various related accounting tasks and projects as needed by the department.
