We are currently looking for a sales and rental clerk to join our great team.

Main Function

• Welcome and serve customers for the sale and rental of equipment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Advise customers on purchasing or renting tools and answer questions about the products offered;
• Process invoicing and payments for sales;
• Provide quality after-sales service;
• Stock products on the shelves;
• Perform any other tasks related to the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experience

• Relevant experience in the sales and customer service field;
• Knowledge of construction or tools is an asset;
• Comfortable working with computer software;
• Being bilingual is an asset.

Required Personal Characteristics

• Customer service and sales aptitude;
• Good physical endurance;
• Professionalism and ability to work in a team.

Working Conditions

• A total of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
• Availability on occasion on Saturdays.
