Reception Clerk

The reception clerk supports all tasks and operations related to receiving, including verifying the received materials by validating quantities, checking delivery documents, communicating with suppliers as needed, and managing defective products and sending materials to other branches. They must be familiar with the products offered and the methods to follow in their department/service as well as those adjacent. They also ensure compliance with health and safety at work standards and procedures and any other related tasks.
