• Listen to needs, ask the right questions, and resolve varied situations, including more complex cases.
• Advise individuals and small businesses by offering tailored solutions: routine operations, personal financing, investments, customized protection, and simple succession needs.
• Accompany customers during mortgage renewals and renegotiations.
• Provide a consistent, human, and satisfying experience at every interaction.
• Refer customers to the appropriate specialists (investment, mortgage, insurance) to ensure optimal service.
• Comply with compliance, security, and risk management rules in all your activities.

This job posting covers several levels of banking advisor positions. Compensation is determined by the position level and experience, and includes a competitive base salary, annual raises, a bonus, and a package of social benefits.

Prerequisites

• Holding or obtaining a license in collective savings (REC) is essential to access higher levels of the role.
• Holding a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
