The Building Engineering team at Pulsar is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the REM network's infrastructure. The intern in building engineering will assist the team in various technical projects related to buildings, equipment analysis, and the development of solutions to optimize maintenance and performance of facilities.

  • Participate in the analysis of the performance of building systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate on the tracking of technical inspections and maintenance interventions.
  • Participate in the identification of failure causes and propose improvement paths.

  • Conduct technical surveys and update equipment documentation.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of building maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the reliability and availability of infrastructure.

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in building engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building systems, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Proficiency in French is essential, English is an asset.
  • Ability to work on-site and in an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Contract Information

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
