Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional director, you will be responsible for all operations of the Chicoutimi and Alma branches.

Your role will be to ensure the performance, profitability, and growth of your establishments while offering an exceptional customer experience and mobilizing your teams towards achieving ambitious goals.

Develop business

• Identify and seize growth opportunities in your territory;
• Collaborate closely with representatives to increase sales and profitability;
• Ensure the positioning of Simplex as an indispensable partner to the customer.

Mobilize and develop your teams

• Create a positive, high-performing, and safe work environment;
• Accompany, coach, and develop your team members;
• Foster engagement, responsibility, and collaboration.

Ensure operational excellence

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and quality of our fleet of tools and equipment;
• Optimize operations to offer exceptional customer service;
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, and financial results.

Be a field leader

• Be present in your branches;
• Support your team during busy periods;
• Advance files and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
