The Delivery Team Member is responsible for providing an impeccable customer experience through exceptional service, precise execution, and professional presentation, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Customer Service and Representation

  • Act as a professional and ambassador of the Voila brand to customers.
  • Provide a personalized and high-level delivery experience directly to customers' homes.
  • Provide courteous, attentive, and Voila service standard compliant service.
  • Effectively resolve issues encountered, in collaboration with the Delivery Supervisor and Customer Service.

Delivery Operations

  • Perform deliveries within scheduled timeframes, in various environments (apartment buildings, residences, rural areas).
  • Proactively communicate with customers to inform them of any changes or delays.
  • Make order adjustments at the delivery point according to established procedures.
  • Escalate any concerns or incidents to the appropriate service.

Safety, Compliance, and Vehicle Maintenance

  • Perform mandatory daily inspections, maintain fuel levels, and follow maintenance procedures.
  • Immediately report any malfunction or damage.
  • Drive the vehicle safely and responsibly in all road and weather conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and company standard compliant vehicle.
  • Ensure that products are properly and safely loaded.

What you bring to the table

  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Class 5 driver's license (we do not accept probationary driver's licenses).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb (25 kg) repeatedly and handle overhead loads (up to 6 feet).
  • Comfortable driving in various environments (urban, suburban, rural), day and night, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work on varied schedules: evenings, weekends, and holidays (7-day operations).

Working Conditions

  • Company-provided uniform.
  • Paid training the first week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
  • Work in a home delivery environment, with vehicle provided.
  • Variable schedule that may include early morning or evening shifts.
  • Frequent physical work: carrying loads, moving, stairs, sometimes adverse weather conditions.
