Under the direction of the Credit Director, the Credit Compliance Agent ensures the quality and compliance of a high volume of auto financing files. In an automated Fintech environment where speed and accuracy are essential, you are the last quality checkpoint before final approval—a key role in the reliability of our platform and the satisfaction of our partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and analyze documents submitted by clients (identification, proof of income, bank statements, etc.)
  • Validate the compliance of information against internal and regulatory requirements
  • Identify missing or non-compliant documents and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Detect fraud signals: documentary inconsistencies, fake pay stubs, contract manipulations, co-signing
  • Keep files up-to-date in internal systems with rigor and precision
  • Collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Collections teams, as well as business partners, to ensure processing deadlines are met
  • Ensure the confidentiality of personal and financial information at all times

Desired Profile

  • Experience in administration, document management, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and exemplary rigor in verification
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills—English proficiency is an asset
