Techso is looking for a senior Full Stack .NET developer to participate in the design and development of digital solutions used by our clients across Canada.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to architectural choices, mentor less experienced developers, and participate in the continuous improvement of our development practices.

What you will do
- Depending on the projects you are assigned, you may:
- Design and develop new applications;
- Evolve existing solutions by adding features, fixing bugs, and ensuring their maintenance;
Contribute to the definition of the architecture of innovative solutions that meet client needs;
Write and maintain technical and functional specifications;
Estimate the development efforts required for new solutions or improvements;
Participate in deployments and support change management;
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best development practices;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Agile practices, continuous integration, and automated deployments;
Participate in some pre-sales activities, including effort evaluation and analysis of new technologies;
Share your expertise and mentor junior team members;
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and market best practices;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
The profile we are looking for
You have: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
At least six years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API);
Solid experience in Front-End development with React, Angular, or Vue.js;
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and tools like Entity Framework;
Good understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration and deployment environments;
Experience in an Agile and collaborative environment;
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments;
- The mobility to travel within the Montreal region as needed by clients;
The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec and across Canada; A strong team spirit, autonomy, and a desire to actively contribute to proposed solutions.
What constitutes an asset
Experience with Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases;
Experience with ETL processes;
- Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, PHP, Node.js, or Python;
Experience with MAUI, Xamarin, or Telerik;
Experience in solution architecture, mentoring, or technical pre-sales.
You do not need to master each of these technologies. We are looking for an experienced, curious person who can adapt to the realities of different projects.
