The Opportunity

The Ecology and Environmental Impact Studies team in Quebec is looking for a Project Controller to support project managers in the financial and administrative management of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring rigorous tracking of costs, schedules, and deliverables, contributing to the success of projects that shape the future of communities.

Your Impact

• Support project management processes, including opening, closing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with project managers and financial directors to ensure cost tracking and control.
• Track the progress of deliverables and tasks according to the principles of Earned Value.
• Prepare and control project schedules of various sizes.
• Maintain project-related information (cost reports, progress reports, billing rates).
• Produce financial forecasts until the end of projects.
• Track change requests and billing instructions.
• The skills that set you apart
• DEP, AEC, or DEC in administration, accounting, or relevant training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and control in a service company.
• Mastery of project control and tracking principles, including Earned Value.
• Bilingualism required (French and English).
• Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel) and scheduling tools (Oracle, MS Project, or Primavera P6, an asset).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $60,300 – $88,400 MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800

Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 – $80,000
