Junior Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a mechanical designer to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of mechanical products, from the conceptual phase to production, in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and model mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings (GD&T, tolerances, BOM)
• Participate in design reviews and propose technical improvements
• Collaborate closely with assembly and R&D teams to improve products and assembly tools
• Participate in prototype assembly (as needed)

Required Profile

• DEC in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 0 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design with SolidWorks
• Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, assembly)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
