Description

Your next challenge at Techso

Are you a graduate in mechanical or aerospace engineering looking to give your career a new direction?

Do you want to leverage your knowledge in design and CAD while exploring the world of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)? Do you dream of participating in international projects with major industry players?

Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Analyst to assist its clients in defining, analyzing, and deploying innovative digital solutions in Canada and internationally.

In this role, you will be much more than just a CAD tool user. You will become a true business partner, capable of understanding clients' needs, proposing concrete solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of their engineering processes.

Who are we?

Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso helps organizations with their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:

  • IT infrastructure management;
  • Custom application development;
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Our team collaborates with well-known clients in various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking.

At Techso, we prioritize the quality of projects and relationships over quantity. Our values of pleasure, trust, efficiency, and quality guide both our work with clients and our way of collaborating with colleagues.

What you will do

  • Depending on the projects you are assigned, you may:
  • Collect, analyze, and formalize clients' functional requirements;
  • Write detailed functional specifications;
  • Participate in the definition and execution of user acceptance tests (UAT);
  • Support users in change management and provide necessary training;
  • Provide functional support during deployment phases and after production;
  • Serve as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project;
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and participate in engineering support activities;
  • Contribute to the implementation of PLM solutions tailored to our clients' business needs;
  • Participate in major projects in the manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
  • The profile we are looking for

You have

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field;
  • First-hand experience (internship or apprenticeship included) or a strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0;
  • Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes tools such as 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or DELMIA;
  • Good proficiency in 3D modeling using CAD tools, such as CATIA or Siemens NX;
  • The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, and internationally;
  • An openness to international mobility for assignments ranging from 6 to 24 months;
  • The ability to work on projects that may require security clearance or defense clearance;
  • An excellent team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a constantly evolving technological environment.
  • What constitutes an asset
  • Experience with Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions;
  • Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes;
  • Experience in customer relations, functional analysis, or process improvement;
  • Experience in change management or user training;
  • First-hand experience in an international setting.

You do not need to have already worked as a functional analyst. We are looking for a curious, motivated, and eager-to-learn person, capable of leveraging their engineering expertise in a digital transformation context.

What Techso offers you

  • Exciting and international projects with major industry leaders.
  • The opportunity to travel through a mobility program offering assignments in Europe, North America, and Asia.
  • A hybrid work environment adapted to the realities of projects and clients.
  • Bright offices in the heart of Old Montreal, with a terrace to enjoy the nice days.
  • Lunches, snacks, coffee, and beers to end the week in good company.
  • A dynamic social club, funded by Techso, offering numerous activities throughout the year.
  • The opportunity to contribute to internal projects that participate in the evolution of the company.
  • A passionate team that values knowledge sharing, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Private collective health insurance tailored to your needs.
  • A culture based on pleasure, trust, efficiency, and quality.
