• Your Role as Store Manager

As a store manager, you will be a key person in welcoming customers and showcasing our products.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Welcome customers and assist them in their searches;
• Present the company, its history, and its products;
• Advise customers on how to serve our duck products and suggest accompaniments;
• Perform transactions at the cash register;
• Ensure that displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked;
• Maintain product rotation to keep maximum freshness;
• Prepare gift packaging;
• Collaborate with the administrative office for inventory and order management;
• Balance cash registers and transmit reports to the administrative office;
• Conduct inventory of the store when required;
• Schedule employees for the three stores;
• Organize in-store events to increase sales;
• Travel between the stores in Quebec to ensure good management and coordination.

Schedule

• 5 days a week, Monday to Friday;
• Variable hours between 9 AM and 6 PM;
• Job based at the most beautiful store in the Grand Marché de Québec;
• Friday at the Maguire Avenue store.
