About the Role

To support the growth of our agency in Réunion, we are recruiting our future Engineer H/F to intervene in MOE in urban planning, urban and linear transport infrastructures.

The agency is at the heart of the conception and realization of major projects in Réunion and Mayotte.

For example, the agency is currently leading the studies or works of the following operations: MOE of public spaces in the ZAC Ecocité Phaonce in Cambaie, Aménagement du Diony Parks in Saint-Denis, Elargissement de la RN2 in the crossing of St Benoit (upgrade to 2x2 lanes, creation of bidirectional TCSP lanes, aménagement d'un carrefour en PSGR), deviation of Saint-Joseph section Est, MOE of public spaces in the ZAC Coconi in Mayotte…

As an engineer VRD H/F, you will contribute to the production of studies in all phases of conception.

Your missions will be as follows

• The technical conception of projects (studies, notes, plans, reports),
• the technical production at its different phases (upstream studies, feasibility studies, pre-project and project studies, consultation documents, functional and technical specifications)

+ the follow-up of the project realization in the construction phase (VISA, DET, AOR, OPC), The writing of various documents, including DCE

• Participation in the follow-up of works
• Participation in responses to engineering calls for tenders
• What do we need from you

Of training Engineer Bac +5 Generalist or with a focus on Civil Engineering, Public Works, Territorial Planning, Urban Engineering (INSA, ENTPE, EIVP, ESTP, UTC, HEI, ESI Reims, ESITC, ISABTP, ESIPE, ESIEE, ENPC, ENI, ENISE, ENIT, Polytech, ENGESS …) or Master equivalent.

You justify a proven professional background, attesting to real autonomy on the post. Confirmed experience in a similar post within a VRD study office or engineering company MOE.

• You have technical knowledge in urban, highway, and network infrastructures (urban streets, roads, civil engineering, public transport)
• You master public markets, the MOP law, the CCAG works, the CCAG PI and have knowledge of the regulatory procedures of planning.
• You know how to demonstrate rigor in the contractual, technical, and financial management of your projects, demonstrate technical rigor, analytical and synthetic thinking, organizational and methodological capacity,
• You present a clear commercial appetite and enjoy developing your activity. Lead your projects to success and excellence. Thanks to your excellent relationship skills, you will know how to create a long-term trust relationship with our clients
• You have demonstrated the ability to lead and animate a multidisciplinary study and MOE team. A manager who listens, has persuasive force, you appreciate teamwork and establish an environment that fosters the adhesion and success of your collaborators and external contractors (designers, landscapers, urban planners...).
• You are a driver in the conception of virtuous works and are interested in intervening on complex projects responding to the current challenges of ecoconception necessary for our future.
• You are eager to contribute to the sustainable and eco-responsible conception of tomorrow's cities.
