Hybrid / Saint-Elzéar Office YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY: IN COLLABORATION WITH THE DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION, HERE IS THE ROLE THAT AWAITS YOU:

• Define and deploy the global product and portfolio strategy to support the organization's growth objectives in the building, acoustics, and technical non-woven materials sectors;
• Identify customer needs and market trends to guide priorities;
• Ensure the management of the product lifecycle, from conception to market withdrawal;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development, launch, and commercial success of products;
• Optimize portfolio profitability through pricing, investment, and cost management;
• Drive product performance using indicators, processes, and data-driven decision-making.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Hold 3 to 5 years of experience in product management combined with a university degree in a relevant field;
• Be available for monthly travel for client, supplier, or manufacturing site visits in North America and internationally;
• Demonstrate a strong customer orientation and business sense;
• Show analytical thinking and strategic vision in problem-solving and decision-making;
• Foster collaboration, communicate effectively, and exercise influence.
