As a Personal Finance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in listening attentively to our members and clients to optimize their financial health. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored and flawless financial solutions. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Responding to members' needs in terms of financing and investment, while providing quality service
• Developing strategies and proposing offers related to investment, financing, and protection
• Acting as the business relationship manager, evaluating satisfaction and service quality, ensuring follow-ups, and recommending required improvements
• Staying up-to-date with financial news, market trends, and best practices in your field.

What you will bring

• College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
