You will work within the team of integrated ambulatory services in pediatric psychiatry and the pediatric psychiatry targeted intervention clinic (superspecialized). The recommended interventions are of a family type.

You will play a key role in the psychosocial support of patients by:

• Assessing the social needs of patients, individually or in groups
• Developing and implementing adapted intervention plans to achieve social and personal goals
• Providing advice and support to promote the development of skills
• Conducting in-depth psychosocial evaluations.

Do you have the desired profile?

• University degree in social work (first or second cycle)
• Member in good standing of the Order of Social Workers and Family Therapists of Quebec
• Car required
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
