Carpenter - CCQ Civil Engineering

Grandmont et Fils Ltée is a bridge and viaduct builder all over Quebec for over 60 years.

We are looking for versatile carpenters to participate in various construction projects across Quebec. We are starting a beautiful project at the Ouelle River and will be there for several months.

Are you passionate about manual work and large-scale projects?

Here are the main challenges you will face

• Perform formwork/demolition work on massive civil engineering elements;
• Participate in the concreting of structures;
• Collaborate with other trades on the construction site;
• Perform deep foundation work (piles, sheet piles, Berlin walls);
• Install temporary works: bridges, walkways, scaffolding or protective elements;
• Follow safety standards on construction sites;

Do you think you have several of these skills?

• DEP in carpentry or equivalent (an asset);
• Valid CCQ card;
• Experience in civil engineering (an asset);
• Mobility to work on different construction sites in Quebec;
• Autonomy, diligence and team spirit;
• Welding and oxy-cutting skills (an asset).
