Your next challenge at Techso

Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and the digital transformation of manufacturing companies?

Do you want to play a strategic role with major clients, understand their business challenges, and contribute to the implementation of technological solutions that will have a concrete impact on their performance?

Techso is looking for a PLM Business Analyst to support its clients in analyzing, defining, and implementing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions in Canada and internationally.

In this role, you will work at the heart of digital transformation projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams, while guiding organizations in the evolution of their processes.

Who are we?

Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso supports organizations in their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:

  • Technological infrastructure management;
  • Custom application development;
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Our team collaborates with well-known clients across various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking.

At Techso, we prioritize the quality of projects and relationships over volume. Our values of pleasure, trust, efficiency, and quality guide both our work with clients and our way of collaborating with colleagues.

What you will do

  • Depending on the projects you are assigned, you may:
  • Analyze business processes and identify the needs of various stakeholders;
  • Collect, document, and formalize functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Translate business needs into concrete solutions tailored to clients' realities;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design high-performance PLM solutions;
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to validate and refine proposed solutions;
  • Collaborate with process architects to prepare transformation documents and validate results;
  • Support clients in change management and the optimization of their business processes;
  • Participate in testing, qualification, and validation activities of implemented solutions;
  • Serve as an expert advisor to internal teams and share your expertise in business analysis;
  • Participate in digital transformation projects with major clients in Canada and internationally.
  • The profile we are looking for

You have

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field;
  • At least four years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing, aeronautical, or aerospace sectors;
  • Solid experience with PLM solutions such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens;
  • Excellent ability to analyze and model business processes;
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL language;
  • Experience with data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Minitab;
  • Knowledge of modeling tools like ARIS, IcePanel, or C4;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Proficiency in facilitating workshops, training, and presentations with stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic is an asset;
  • The mobility required to travel within the Montreal region as needed by clients and an openness to international assignments;
  • The ability to communicate professionally in French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec and internationally.
  • What constitutes an asset
  • Experience in implementing PLM solutions;
  • Experience in continuous improvement or digital transformation;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes;
  • Experience in change management;
  • Experience in Agile environment;
  • Experience in international settings.

You do not need to know all the PLM platforms on the market. We are looking for an analytical, curious, and problem-solving-oriented person who can support our clients in their digital transformation projects.

What Techso offers you

  • Strategic projects with major industry leaders in Canada and internationally.
  • The opportunity to travel thanks to our international mobility program.
  • A hybrid work environment adapted to the realities of projects and clients.
  • Bright offices in the heart of Old Montreal, with a terrace to enjoy the nice days.
  • Free lunches, snacks, and coffee at the office.
  • A dynamic social and sports club, funded by Techso.
  • The possibility to contribute to internal projects that participate in the evolution of the company.
  • A team of passionate experts who promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional development.
