Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager assists the store manager in supervising daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the manager.

Daily Tasks (without limitation)

• Assist the manager in daily operations and personnel management.
• Participate in the presentation, stocking of shelves, and packing/unpacking of daily shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Manage money and open/close the store as needed.
• Assign tasks to the team and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain visual presentation standards.
• Responsible for hiring and performance evaluation.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail.
• At least two (2) years in supervision or management.
• High availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
