The incumbent of the position acts as a partner to administrators, group managers, and market intermediaries under their responsibility. They provide exceptional service by ensuring the effective application of contracts and administrative policies in collective insurance, while offering an experience aligned with our Customer Promise.
This is a temporary position, until December 11, 2026.
You will excel in the following functions
- Interpret and simplify contract clauses for group managers under their responsibility
- Route group administrator requests to the relevant internal partners and follow up to ensure timely execution
- Analyze client account financial movement corrections within their discretionary margin or according to contract rules and route the request to the relevant internal partners
- Participate in administrative updates with various stakeholders (annual salary change, renewal, campaign launch, major implementation, etc.)
- Act as a spokesperson for the groups they are assigned to, for all internal partners involved in collective insurance management
- Participate in kick-off meetings and committees related to their assigned groups
- Participate in service visits with the account manager and/or the group's service representative as needed
- Manage first-level dissatisfaction and take the necessary actions to resolve the situation
- Guide group administrators on our platforms such as the Administrator Space
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to achieve individual, operational, and team objectives
Your skills and qualifications
- College diploma in administrative techniques or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience, including at least two (2) years in collective insurance
- General knowledge of products and collective insurance administration
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and advanced English, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are anglophones, or to meet the company's growth objectives (bilingual). Selected candidates will be required to take an English test
