Valet

We are currently looking for a reliable, professional, and customer service-oriented driver/valet to join our service department at Promenades Ford!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with customers, and working in an active work environment. As a service valet, you will play a crucial role in the customer experience by safely, efficiently, and professionally picking up and returning vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

• Pick up customers' vehicles from their homes, workplaces, or any other designated location
• Safely transport customers' vehicles to the dealership and return them after service or repairs
• Conduct a vehicle inspection before transport and note any pre-existing damage
• Maintain good communication with customers and the service team regarding pickup and return times
• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot as needed
• Provide general support to service department operations
• Perform any other tasks related to the valet role
• Handle each vehicle with care, professionalism, and attention

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (FR/EN)
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be self-sufficient while being able to work well in a team
• Be comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is an asset, but not mandatory
• No criminal record
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in dealerships, as a valet or in customer service, is an asset

What We Offer

• Competitive starting wage of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
