What we are looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and organized assistant to support our real estate manager in the follow-up of various management files. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of our operations and in the satisfaction of our customers.

• Your responsibilities
• Assist the manager in the daily management of files (condominiums mainly)
• Provide a customer service of quality, both by phone and in person
• Coordinate emergencies, visits, submissions and follow-ups with suppliers
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and partners
• Participate in the organization and follow-up of field interventions
• Desired profile
• Experience or interest in real estate management
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment
• Bilingual (French/English): an asset
• Knowledge of the condominium sector: an asset
