Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customs clearance for Canada and the United States
• Provide customers with updates on pickups and deliveries
• Verify and troubleshoot issues in shipping or customs documentation, including PODs, BOLs, and carrier confirmations
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• French language skills considered an asset
