Daily Responsibilities:

The incumbent performs various activities related to justice services. Generally, they analyze legal issues, determine actions, conduct interviews with citizens, communicate information on various topics related to their functions. Additionally, they act as the main intervenor in supporting the judiciary and the client in coordinating the activities to ensure the continuation of judicial case processing. They exercise the powers and duties of a justice officer delegated to them and act as a resource person within their field of expertise.

Within an organization undergoing significant transformation, they are involved in improving support and accompanying citizens in matters of justice. Specifically, they will:

  • Support the judiciary in coordinating the conduct of hearings to make efficient use of hearing time. To this end:
  • Act mostly in the Court of Practice in various matters;
  • Act as the main intervenor in support of the judiciary and dedicated mostly to judicial support at the hearing;
  • Participate in identifying the required judicial steps and procedures;
  • Analyze decisions and draft all official documents resulting from the court's decisions;
  • Assist the judge autonomously in the conduct of the hearing;
  • Anticipate issues related to hearings through specialized service offerings;
  • Efficiently record information emanating from the hearing (minutes, orders, piece coding, role annotation, etc.);
  • Provide logistical support to the hearing (SEN, videoconferencing, etc.);
  • Prepare for and follow up on the hearing;

$49,182 to $70,404. These amounts do not include the 0.11% adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). This adjustment will be made later, retroactively as of March 31, 2026.
