What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Product Owner DLP, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Define, prioritize, and evolve the DLP roadmap and product backlog.
Translate business, cybersecurity, and compliance needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during workshops, agile ceremonies, and planning activities.
Contribute to DLP program governance by participating in the management of priorities, indicators, exceptions, incidents, and continuous improvement activities.
Promote the adoption of DLP solutions among business lines and technical teams.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure value delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
Has a DEC or bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, administration, or any other relevant training.
Has 7 years of experience in product management.
Is recognized for their ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
Stands out for their understanding of cybersecurity, information protection, compliance, and data classification issues.
Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills in a complex technological environment.
Is recognized for their influential leadership, collaboration, and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
Has knowledge of DLP programs, data prevention policies, and controls related to sensitive data.
Knows Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices.
Advanced level of French, both spoken and written.
Advanced level of English since the person will be required to collaborate, facilitate workshops, gather business needs, and coordinate initiatives with anglophone partners, suppliers, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Assets:
Has experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP alerts, exceptions, false positives, or data leakage channels.
Has experience in implementing large-scale security initiatives.
