Buyer - Procurement, Inventory Management and Vendor Relations

As a buyer, you will be at the heart of our network of branches' procurement. Through your analyses, relationships with suppliers, and ability to anticipate needs, you will directly contribute to product availability and company performance. Your schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM flexible
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

What you will do

• Following received directives, analyze procurement needs and prepare purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring compliance with required documents
• Identify and resolve issues related to shipping errors, proposing effective and sustainable solutions
• Coordinate merchandise returns by obtaining necessary authorizations and negotiating conditions with suppliers as needed
• Validate the compliance of prices billed by suppliers
• Manage branch procurement through transfers or other methods
• Proactively track ongoing orders, analyze delays, and implement corrective actions
• Analyze stock rotation using reports
• Conduct comparative price analyses among different suppliers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
• Perform any other tasks necessary for the team's success

What we are looking for

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You hold a college or university diploma in procurement, business administration, or a related field
• You are proactive and self-sufficient
• You maintain your energy and precision even when things move faster
