Reporting to the IT Director, the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager acts as a technical expert and strategic partner in the evolution and securing of the Place des Arts' technological environment. They contribute to the definition of technological orientations, the design of infrastructure architectures, and the implementation of high-performance, reliable, and secure solutions supporting the Place des Arts' objectives and mission.

In collaboration with the IT team and external partners, they ensure the availability, integrity, and evolution of technological infrastructures, both on-site and cloud-based. They also play a key role in strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture by implementing controls, practices, and governance mechanisms tailored to risks and business needs.

Section 1 - Architecture and Evolution of Platforms

  • Design and evolve technological architectures, both on-site and cloud-based;
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new digital infrastructure solutions meeting business needs;
  • Define technological standards and maintain architecture documentation;
  • Ensure governance of identities and access, particularly within Microsoft EntraID;
  • Act as an expert-advisor to the IT team for platform evolution.

Section 2 - Infrastructure Operations and Performance

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of IT infrastructures;
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Server environments;
  • Supervise network infrastructures, data storage, backups, and cloud services;
  • Optimize the use and costs of cloud services;
  • Ensure proactive monitoring of the technological environment and coordinate with external partners.

Section 3 - Cybersecurity and Risk Management

  • Define and implement cybersecurity controls and associated policies;
  • Manage vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation measures (firewall, antivirus, IDS/IPS, identity and access management);
  • Develop incident response and disaster recovery plans;
  • Supervise managed security service providers and the SOC;
  • Promote good security practices and support user awareness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science with equivalent experience;
  • Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing technological infrastructures, with a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity;
  • Have led continuous improvement projects in establishing best practices and governance rules;
  • Have administered a cloud-based infrastructure (Azure);
  • Have participated in cybersecurity projects and the implementation of information security policies and best practices;
  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects with external firms;
  • Proficiency in incident management procedures;
  • Be comfortable in a digital transformation environment;
  • Ability to balance operational reality with a project-oriented mindset.
