Role in the Organization
The person holding this position provides advisory support within the organization to design or optimize messages of interest to relevant target audiences. Adopting a "user" approach, they ensure the consistency and quality of communications and oversee their distribution across all platforms where the Order is present.
Main Responsibilities/Activities
- Provides advisory support to the various vice-presidencies of the Order to optimize messages of interest to members and relevant target audiences. Coordinates the execution of various communication projects covering the stages of research, analysis, communication, and evaluation;
- Develops and designs relevant communication tools in line with the organization's strategic orientations;
- Supports internal teams in the context of their communication projects by providing advisory support and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and established frameworks;
- Coordinates and handles email campaign requests, ensures quality control and optimization of campaigns, maintains the calendar, performs necessary tests and statistical analyses to provide recommendations;
- Actively contributes to the management of the Order's social media accounts, develops and maintains the content calendar in collaboration with involved teams, and compiles statistics;
- Posts content online on the Order's websites. Collaborates on site search engine optimization, traffic optimization, and prepares statistics for analysis;
- Participates in the planning and budget tracking of certain activities and/or projects under their direction;
- Ensures the distribution and compliance with institutional communication norms;
- Provides continuous input of information, ideas, recommendations, and advice to their manager to improve best practices in communication;
- Performs any other tasks required within the scope of their duties.
Qualifications
- *Education and Experience*
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, letters, or another related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a position with similar functions and responsibilities
