IT Process Analyst

In the context of the growth of our IT operational model transformation offering, we are looking to strengthen our team with IT process analysts and architects passionate about continuous improvement, efficiency, and value creation.

Functions and Responsibilities

At the heart of strategic mandates with major organizations, you will intervene to:

• Map and model IT processes (ITSM, DevOps, Delivery, Governance)
• Analyze the performance of existing processes (bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks)
• Identify optimization levers and formulate concrete recommendations
• Design target operational models aligned with best practices
• Contribute to change implementation (communication, team support)
• Interact with various stakeholders (IT, business, management)

Qualifications Required to Succeed in This Role

• Experience in IT process analysis or architecture
• Experience in process mapping (BPMN or equivalent)
• Understanding of modern development environments (SDLC)
• Mastery of IT performance metrics (ITSM, DORA, flow, KPI management)
• Ability to take a strategic step back while remaining concrete

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Reward decisions are based on individual circumstances. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $135,000. This position is open.
