The LALUX group is looking for ambitious candidates who wish to take control of their professional future by becoming an independent insurance agent.

As an independent and representative of LALUX, your mission is to acquire new clients and support them in their insurance needs, with technical and commercial support from LALUX. We offer personalized theoretical and practical training, personal coaching by your inspector, a high-performance information system, access to available client portfolios, and the establishment of an agency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients
• Advise clients by conducting a needs assessment, considering their requests, and proposing appropriate coverage
• Monitor clients' needs, based on the evolution of their personal or professional situation, and adjust the insurance product offer accordingly
• Support clients in case of a claim
• Administer, manage, and develop your client portfolio
• Required Skills

• Useful Skills
• Being accredited as an insurance agent: LALUX offers courses to prepare for the insurance agent exam
• Knowledge of LALUX insurance products and insurance legislation, taxation, social security, and anti-money laundering: LALUX offers these courses after obtaining your insurance agent accreditation
• Previous experience in insurance and/or the financial sector, preferably in a commercial role, is an asset
