YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US
- Support the accounts receivable cycle;
- Check orders to be invoiced and issue customer invoices;
- Record customer payments;
- Analyze the age of accounts receivable;
- Follow up and collect on delinquent accounts;
- Ensure customer deposit tracking;
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and shipping teams;
- Keep customer files up to date and monitor credit limits;
- Support the accounts payable cycle;
- Validate and record vendor invoices according to the appropriate budget coding;
- Process expense accounts;
- Process payments;
- Ensure proper recording of sales taxes;
- Participate in the monthly analysis of certain balance sheet and income statement accounts;
- Collaborate on the preparation of year-end files for external review;
- Other functions related to administration and accounting.
YOU ARE OUR RARE GEM IF YOU
- Hold a DEC in accounting;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Stand out for your diligence, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
- Communicate easily in French and English, both orally and in writing, as our colleagues are worldwide;
- Master the Office suite and accounting software;
- Have a good knowledge of basic tax and government regulations;
- Excel in teamwork and build relationships through your communication skills;
- Have experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset).
