Position Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide high-level customer support to approximately 30 to 50 automotive dealerships located in a given area. Your role as a consultant is to ensure excellent assistance for our products and ensure that our clients fully benefit from the software they have purchased. You will provide customer assistance on-site and via videoconference. You will work on-site approximately 80% of the time and participate in videoconferences 20% of the time.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze software usage, formulate recommendations, and propose solutions tailored to current and future professional situations
- Improve operations, efficiency, profits, and overall system usage to ensure our clients fully benefit from our software
- Participate in industry trade shows/events
- Monitor individual workload and prioritize responsibilities
- Allocate time for learning, growth, and improvement
Work Conditions
- Basic physical capabilities are required for advising and assisting
- Drive a company vehicle and occasionally travel by air
- Sit, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Travel with overnight stays covered by the company is required. Accommodation and overnight stays will be covered by the company.
- Training
A paid training program! The nature of the position requires you to successfully complete an intensive training program. The training will include in-person courses at our Houston, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, facilities, as well as online courses where you will receive in-depth training on the products and gain knowledge of the automotive industry. Additionally, you will be paired with mentors nationwide, allowing you to apply the knowledge gained in class in a real-world context.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
- Mandatory proficiency in French (Quebec) and English
- Ability to travel, with overnight stays at hotels, up to 50%
- Ability to travel to the United States to attend training, if necessary
- Initiative and good time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Must hold a valid driver's license, have committed fewer than two traffic violations in the past three years, and have not committed any driving under the influence violations in the past five years.
- Reliable home internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for videoconferences.
