Responsabilités
- Intervenir dans des dossiers variés en litige civil et commercial.
- Gérer des dossiers dans plusieurs domaines, notamment la construction, l’insolvabilité.
- Rédiger des procédures, avis et autres documents juridiques liés aux dossiers.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des avocats expérimentés au sein d’une équipe proche et collaborative.
- Prendre en charge un volume soutenu de dossiers.
Qualifications
- Membre du Barreau du Québec.
- Environ 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en litige.
- Expérience en litige civil et commercial; exposition à la construction, à l’insolvabilité est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction juridique en français.
- Excellent sens de l’analyse, autonomie et bon jugement.
- Profil collaboratif, curieux et motivé par un environnement de travail stimulant et humain.

Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Manage files in various areas, including construction and insolvency.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other documents related to active matters.
- Work closely with experienced lawyers in a close-knit and collaborative team environment.
- Manage a substantial and fast-paced caseload.
Qualifications
- Member of the Québec Bar.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset.
- Excellent legal drafting skills in French.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and sound judgment.
- Collaborative, intellectually curious, and motivated to work in a stimulating and people-oriented environment.
