Your missions within the team
- Actively participate in the development of digital tools, KPI dashboards, and applications to support the efficiency of the Material Organization team.
- Collaborate with the IT team to supervise automation projects, including the implementation of bots and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
- Be a key player within the digital transformation team, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the adoption of new technologies.
- Design solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet operational needs.
- Ensure the standardization and documentation of developed tools, while guaranteeing data performance and security.
- Propose innovations and optimize existing processes through low-code technologies and automation initiatives.
Profile sought to excel in this role
- Student enrolled in a program in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Office suite and databases.
- Interest or experience in development with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through digitalization.
- Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Skills in technical documentation and user guides writing.
- Knowledge in automation (bots, RPA) (an asset).
- Understanding of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and system integrations (an asset).
- Excellent communication in French and English.
