Your missions within the team

  • Actively participate in the development of digital tools, KPI dashboards, and applications to support the efficiency of the Material Organization team.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to supervise automation projects, including the implementation of bots and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
  • Be a key player within the digital transformation team, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Design solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure the standardization and documentation of developed tools, while guaranteeing data performance and security.
  • Propose innovations and optimize existing processes through low-code technologies and automation initiatives.

Profile sought to excel in this role

  • Student enrolled in a program in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and databases.
  • Interest or experience in development with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through digitalization.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skills in technical documentation and user guides writing.
  • Knowledge in automation (bots, RPA) (an asset).
  • Understanding of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and system integrations (an asset).
  • Excellent communication in French and English.
