OPEX COORDINATOR AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support operational teams in improving their performance;
  • Deploy and evolve tools and methods of operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma);
  • Identify optimization opportunities and performance gaps;
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and monitor results;
  • Coordinate trials, analyze results and recommend required actions;
  • Participate in audits and follow-up on action plans;
  • Monitor performance indicators and operational efficiency initiatives;
  • Develop skills and strengthen the culture of continuous improvement;

Act as a plant representative to corporate partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, continuous improvement or related field;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence in a manufacturing environment;

Mastery of Lean Six Sigma approaches and problem-solving tools; green belt or black belt certification, an asset;

Experience in project management and team mobilization;

  • Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities;

Bilingual French and English.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office work combined with regular plant presence.

Travel required across different operational sectors.

Wear personal protective equipment required during plant travel.

Manufacturing environment can be dusty and noisy.
