Your role in the evolution of our ways of doing things

• Perform verification, repair, and maintenance of all production, shipping, milk processing, and other types of equipment;
• Respond to service calls;
• Perform general maintenance work;
• Ensure the reliability of operations (machines, milk processing procedures);
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (automation) problems;
• Participate in the preventive mechanical and sanitary maintenance program;
• Perform mechanical and sanitary maintenance work;
• Perform tuning and troubleshooting of PID loop controllers for various systems and machines;
• Provide technical support to operations;
• Create and complete work orders in the GUIDE TI management system;
• Perform any other related tasks.

The Profile That Will Contribute to the Change

• Hold a high school diploma;
• Hold a DEP in electromechanical or DEC in maintenance mechanics or equivalent with recognized experience in mechanics;
• 3 years of experience or more in the field;
• Be available to work the night shift from Sunday to Wednesday (8 PM to 6 AM);
• Possess a restricted apparatus connection certificate or License C (asset);
• Possess basic computer knowledge;
• Possess knowledge in instrumentation;
• Possess knowledge in hydraulics;
• Possess knowledge in electricity (automation);
• Possess knowledge in pneumatics;
• Possess knowledge in welding and machining;
• Possess knowledge in analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning of control loops;
• Knowledge of the Asservie system (asset).
