Your Role

  • Define and evolve quality metrics related to classification, extraction, validation, and confidence scores
  • Build and maintain reference, validation, and test datasets necessary for model evaluation
  • Analyze production results and identify the causes of issues to propose concrete improvements
  • Contribute to the evolution of models, prompts, confidence thresholds, and validation rules
  • Compare different versions to detect regressions and support production deployments
  • Monitor performance over time to identify drift and recommend adjustments

Within the Cross-Solutions, Acceleration and Data sector, you are part of a multidisciplinary team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, and operations specialists. This is a specialized team that works in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to improve processes and develop automation capabilities across the Bank. You operate in a collaborative environment where quality, rigor, and continuous improvement are at the core of priorities.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate experience in model evaluation, advanced analytics, or production solution improvement
  • Master concepts related to performance metrics, model validation, and tracking
  • Have strong experience with Python and good knowledge of SQL
  • Understand the challenges of artificial intelligence in production, including robustness, drift, governance, and security
  • Have experience working with structured and unstructured data
