Dental Sterilization Assistant and Clinical Support - Paid Training Offered

Our dental clinic is looking for a dynamic, reliable, and meticulous person to fill a position as a dental sterilization assistant and clinical support. We offer paid comprehensive training, meaning no prior experience is necessary.

Your main responsibilities:

• Clean, disinfect, pack, and sterilize dental instruments according to the clinic's protocols.
• Prepare trays and necessary materials for patient care.
• Maintain the sterilization room clean, organized, and in compliance with infection prevention standards.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Provide support to the clinical team in daily tasks.
• Substitute or assist dental assistants as needed by the clinic.
• Desired profile:
• Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
• Be reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Enjoy teamwork and be comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Possess basic knowledge of French or English.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Spanish is an asset.
• Having a car is required, as punctuality is important for the position.
• Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No evening or weekend shifts.
