HR Relations Advisor

In this role, you will contribute to evolving our workplace relations practices and support managers in situations requiring HR expertise.

Your Role

In collaboration with the HR team, you will act as a partner to managers to support their decisions regarding employees and teams. You will intervene in a variety of situations, from preventing issues to resolving more complex situations, while contributing to structuring our ways of doing things.

Your Responsibilities

• Support managers in their workplace relations issues and guide them in their interventions with their teams.
• Support employees in situations requiring HR assistance.
• Assess situations, identify issues, and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Intervene in conflict, incivility, harassment, or inappropriate behavior cases.
• Conduct necessary investigations and ensure rigorous case follow-up.
• Advise managers on disciplinary, administrative, and termination procedures.
• Monitor labor standards and support managers in their application.
• Participate in the creation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and tools.
• Develop tools and training to support management practices.
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety Director in the deployment of prevention initiatives.

The Expertise You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a workplace relations advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of labor standards and employer obligations.
• Experience in managing disciplinary cases, investigations, and manager support.
• Proficiency in writing HR documents and structuring management tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
