Internal Sales Representative

Kersia Canada addresses public health, food safety, environmental, and user safety challenges through its extensive range of ultra-performing hygiene and disinfection products.

We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative in the food service industry who will report directly to the National Food Service Director.

What you will do

Your role will be to develop customer base in Canada. You will also be responsible for providing sales service and promoting our various product ranges.

More specifically, you will be tasked with

• Effectively argue the economic and environmental benefits of the product range;
• Conduct product demonstrations;
• Manage and optimize existing customer accounts;
• Prospect and develop new customer bases by personalizing development approaches;
• Improve gross profit margins and develop pricing proposals;
• Develop new product introduction plans within the customer base;
• Analyze and manage sales reports for the assigned territory (gains/losses and gross);
• Perform all other related tasks.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales and customer service;
• Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, be dynamic, and results-oriented;
• Bilingualism (mandatory);
• Experience and knowledge in the restaurant, hotel, hygiene, and sanitation sectors (an asset);
• Strong skills with Office Suite and CRM-type applications (an asset).
