We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to support the growth of our existing teams and multidisciplinary projects. Under the supervision of the Quality Director, your main objective will be to establish performance standards, procedures, and audit programs to meet the company's requirements, as well as identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
*We offer a flexible hybrid work mode, allowing you to work from your home and our Montreal or Quebec office.*
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert advisor in quality management, as well as implement quality management-related processes in projects
- Evaluate deliverables to verify their compliance with the project's quality control requirements
- Communicate and liaise with all project stakeholders involved
- Develop and ensure the deployment of the quality management system for each project, including non-conformity management and audit implementation
- Provide expertise in the development of Quality Management System (QMS) training for stakeholders
- Manage and supervise the quality management team members *(when applicable)*
- Develop and maintain internal and external business relationships
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or any other relevant university or college degree
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a quality assurance role, including experience in quality management on construction projects
- Direct experience in the development, implementation, and management of quality management systems, particularly those based on ISO 9000 and 9001 standards
- In-depth knowledge of quality management improvement methodologies and standards such as ISO 9001, quality assurance guidelines, and the Lead Auditor Program for Quality Management Systems or equivalent
- Direct experience in the development and reporting of key performance indicators and measures
- Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
