Industrial Client Site Manager .

This position will allow you to live a dynamic daily life , combining operational management, field leadership, and client relations.

Discover your daily routine

• Lead and coordinate industrial cleaning operations at the client
• Plan projects (human, material, and technical resources) in coordination with the dispatcher
• Supervise and mentor foremen and field teams
• Ensure the quality of work, adherence to deadlines, and contractual commitments
• Maintain client relations and contribute to their satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with SST rules, conduct field audits, and intervene in case of risky situations

You are recognized for your leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.

You master the SST requirements and applicable regulations.

You can manage priorities and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

You communicate effectively and appreciate teamwork.

You are comfortable with computer tools.

You are legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
