YOUR MISSION

Support the various departments in the implementation of health, safety and environment action plans on their territory;

Accompany managers in the application of best practices and the development of a sustainable prevention culture;

Develop, evaluate and improve SSE procedures and programs, while ensuring their documentary management;

Ensure regulatory compliance and the maintenance of applicable standards;

Carry out risk analyses, inspections, site visits and controls;

Audit facilities, assess deviations and formulate recommendations regarding management systems and legal requirements;

Plan and conduct training to ensure the understanding and application of processes by site managers and teams;

Participate in the realization of workplace accident investigations and analyses, identify root causes and recommend lasting corrective actions;

Accompany members during SST committees, prevention meetings and awareness activities;

Be a resource person for sites in matters of SSE.

YOUR DNA

You hold a relevant college or university degree in OHS, environment or a related field;

You have experience in similar roles;

The interpretation of current legal requirements in Quebec and Canada is part of your daily routine;

You are recognized for your sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;

You know how to popularize information and mobilize teams around good SSE practices;

You demonstrate leadership, judgment, positive influence and excellent communication skills, both oral and written;

You hold a valid driver's license (class 5).
